A 10″ vanilla cake iced with vanilla buttercream, an 8″ chocolate cake iced with chocolate buttercream Ave a 6″ strawberry cake iced with strawberry buttercream. All layers are covered in fondant to look like birch bark. The leaves are hand made from fondant.
A 10″ vanilla cake iced with vanilla buttercream. An 8″ and a 6″ raspberry cake iced with white chocolate buttercream. They are all iced in the “naked” cake style. The leaves and pumpkins are hand made from fondant. Also made were 48 chocolate cupcakes iced with chocolate buttercream.
