Winter bird and berries
An 8″ Clementine cake with a cream cheese frosting. The Cardinal, berries, bow and pinecones are hand made out of fondant/modeling chocolate.

A 10″ vanilla cake iced with vanilla buttercream. An 8″ and a 6″ raspberry cake iced with white chocolate buttercream. They are all iced in the “naked” cake style. The leaves and pumpkins are hand made from fondant. Also made were 48 chocolate cupcakes iced with chocolate buttercream.
