Winter bird and berries
An 8″ Clementine cake with a cream cheese frosting. The Cardinal, berries, bow and pinecones are hand made out of fondant/modeling chocolate.

40 years of fabulous!
A 10″ vanilla cake iced with vanilla buttercream. An 8″ and a 6″ raspberry cake iced with white chocolate buttercream. They are all iced in the “naked” cake style. The leaves and pumpkins are hand made from fondant. Also made were 48 chocolate cupcakes iced with chocolate buttercream.
Fall 2009
White cake iced with vanilla buttercream icing. Fondant ribbon around the border and on the flowers. All flowers and pumpkins are handmade from gumpaste.
