The state of Virgina passed a law that does not require you to be if you only sell non-temperature sensitive products from your home or booth. I do not ship any of my products. I also do not do allergen free cakes. I am a smoke and pet free home. I do my best to be as clean as possible. If you like the pictures that you see and you need a cake made I will be glad to help!!
